The Wolfpacker Show: NC State Signing Day special

NC State football went through signing day and secured official pledges from most of its 2025 class Wednesday morning. Some of those prospects will arrive on campus in less than a month to start contributing to next year’s team.

A few of those early enrollee commits, quarterback Will Wilson, wide receiver Jerel Bolder and offensive lineman Isaac Sowells Jr., spoke with The Wolfpacker Show earlier this week. Four-star offensive tackle Takhyian Whitset, who will enroll with the program in the summer but planned to sign Wednesday, also joined the show.

All four NC State commits discussed their recruiting processes and shared an inside look into what led them to picking the Pack. They discussed their relationships with the coaching staff, recapped previous trips to campus and also talked about their goals and aspirations for their respective freshman years.

When TheWolfpacker.com recorded this episode Wednesday morning, NC State’s class ranked No. 37 nationally and No. 7 in the ACC. The following recruits have not officially signed yet.

Following up a top-30 class in 2024, this year’s group is not ranked as highly. With that said, both hosts think quite a few of the prospects in the 2025 class have high ceilings that NC State’s coaching staff will be able to help them reach.

*** Ethan interviewed Wilson, Whitset, Sowells and Bolder to talk about signing day and their thoughts on the Wolfpack overall. They shared stories from their recruitment and broke down what’s next for them.
