It only took a few days into the transfer portal cycle for NC State to get on the board. Buffalo transfer wide receiver Victor Snow pledged his commitment to the Wolfpack on Sunday afternoon following his official visit in Raleigh. Snow, a native of Webster, N.Y., has one season of eligibility remaining. Here’s what his addition to the roster means for the Pack going into the 2026 season.
