What we learned from NC State’s post-spring practice transfer portal haul

If it seemed like NC State’s defense has grown considerably since spring practice ended on April 4, that’s because it did. The Wolfpack seemed to exit its 15-practice slate with a clear focus — adding to its defensive unit going into the summer.  As that seemed to be the goal, the Pack more than accomplished that. New defensive coordinator D.J. Eliot garnered five commitments for his side of the ball moving forward. Not only are they new blood to inject competition into fall camp, but they’re experienced veterans that are more than capable of playing key roles in the 2025 season.  Here’s what we learned from NC State’s post-spring transfer portal haul.
