Why his commitment to NC State was a 'no-brainer' for Butler transfer F Colt Langdon

Colt Langdon jokes he grew up with NC State in his blood. Not only does he live a 15-minute drive from the Wolfpack’s campus, but his father, Mark, committed to play football under former coach Monte Kiffin in the 1980s. Although his father ended up playing at Virginia as a center following Kiffin’s firing, the Pack has maintained a strong presence in Langdon’s life. Now, he’ll be able to live a childhood dream playing for NC State as the Butler transfer forward committed to the Wolfpack on Thursday night. The former Raleigh (N.C.) Millbrook star can’t wait to suit up in the red and white inside Lenovo Center this November.
