Nebraska now has two players in its class of 2024. Bennington (Neb.) libero Olivia Mauch now leads the group as the No. 16 overall recruit. Kansas outside hitter Skyler Pierce is ranked No. 20 overall.

Mauch, Pierce and Ames committed very closely together during the summer of 2021.

The Huskers will have three middle blockers for the 2024 season. Bekka Allick and Maggie Mendelson will be juniors and Andi Jackson will be a sophomore. Mendelson is on a basketball scholarship, while Allick and Jackson have volleyball scholarships.

Nebraska is tight on scholarships for the upcoming season because they have a maximum of 12 on scholarship. They currently don’t have any seniors and add two freshmen in the spring.
