Sean Callahan, HuskerOnline Publisher

Sean Callahan has covered Nebraska football since 1999 and serves as the Publisher/owner of HuskerOnline. In addition, he reports for KETV Channel 7 (ABC) in Omaha, along with Big Red Radio 1110 KFAB in Omaha. Callahan also serves as a sideline reporter for Nebraska Public Media and a recruiting analyst for their weekly Husker show Big Red Wrap-Up. In 2013, he also published the book “100 Things Nebraska Fans Should Know & Do Before They Die.” A two-time Nebraska sportswriter of the year, Callahan grew up in Omaha and currently resides in Lincoln with his wife and two daughters.

Steven Sipple, HuskerOnline Columnist/Senior Writer

Steven Sipple is a senior writer covering mainly Nebraska football for HuskerOnline and On3. He has 30-plus years of experience in the Husker market, including 15 years as the lead sports columnist at the Lincoln (Nebraska) Journal Star. Since 2017, he’s also co-hosted the “Early Break” morning show on 93.7 FM “The Ticket.” He also enjoyed a stint as a sports writer for the Grand Island (Nebraska) Independent. Sipple grew up in Columbus (Nebraska) and currently resides in Lincoln.

Robin Washut, HuskerOnline Senior Writer

Robin Washut has been a senior team writer for HuskerOnline since 2008, primarily covering Nebraska football, men’s basketball, and men’s basketball recruiting. He joined after spending one year as the assistant sports editor at the Montrose (Colo.) Daily Press. Before that, he spent eight years covering Nebraska athletics, particularly football, as a contributing writer for local newspapers the Omaha World-Herald (2006-07), the Lincoln Journal Star (2000-06), and the Daily Nebraskan (2001-06). Bryan Munson, HuskerOnline Senior Recruiting Writer

Bryan Munson has covered Nebraska recruiting since 1999 for Rivals.com, Scout.com and now the On3 Sports Network. Bryan played collegiate football for the University of Nebraska at Kearney and also coached football at the varsity level in Nebraska. Bryan is a telecommunications engineer by day, is married to Jennifer, father to Trevor and Jake and is a Nebraska Army National Guard veteran. He resides in Dallas, TX.

Abby Barmore started at HuskerOnline as an intern in the summer of 2021 and after graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln that December, she joined HuskerOnline as a staff writer. The Hearst Journalism award winner brought volleyball to HuskerOnline as an intern. Barmore also covers NU football, recruiting and baseball. Grant Hansen, HuskerOnline Intern/Staff Writer

Grant Hansen joined the HuskerOnline staff in the spring of 2022. He covers Husker baseball in addition to other staff assignments. He is a Nebraska native and has been invested in the university from a young age. Grant is the voice of the Midland Warriors on KHUB/KFMT in Fremont and is double majoring in Sports Media and Broadcasting at Nebraska.
