Nebraska’s first offseason under new head coach Matt Rhule is fully underway. With that, it’s time to look at where things stand with the Huskers’ upcoming opponents following spring practices. We continue our series with Northern Illinois, who the Huskers will play on Sept. 16. This will be Nebraska's first home game of the 2023 season after taking on Minnesota and Colorado on the road.
