Nate Laszewski will wear a Notre Dame uniform for the final time Friday. The Irish grad student forward will take part in an annual showcase of the game’s top seniors.

Laszewski is playing in the Reese’s College All-Star Game Friday, held annually one day before the Final Four semifinals at the same location. This year’s Final Four is at NRG Stadium in Houston.

The all-star game is at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS Sports Network. It follows open practice for each of the Final Four participants. Laszewski is on the East team, coached by Tobin Anderson, who led No. 16 seed Farleigh Dickinson past No. 1 Purdue in this year’s NCAA Tournament. He accepted the head-coaching job at Iona shortly after the season ended.

The 6-foot-10, 230-pound Laszewski averaged a team-best 13.7 points and 7.2 rebounds per game this season. He shot 50.9 percent overall, 39.2 percent on 3-pointers and 84.7 percent on free throws. All told, he played 157 games in five seasons for Notre Dame, averaging 10.0 points. He was a career 38.2 percent 3-point shooter. He used the COVID-19 bonus year to come back for 2022-23.
