COLUMBUS — Because of a fracture to the pinky finger on his throwing hand, Devin Brown couldn't participate in April's spring game. Without that tape to break down, Lettermen Row is turning back the clock to the 2022 spring game, and even Brown's high school days, to evaluate the underclassman who On3 rated the No. 1 overall prospect in the 2022 class.
