2025 Highland Home (Ala.) linebacker Jakaleb Faulk took a weekend trip to Oxford, Miss., to scope out campus, meet new linebackers coach, Maurice Crum, and to take in a Saturday scrimmage inside Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.

On Sunday, he departed back en route to Alabama with an offer in hand.

The 6-foot-3, 205 pound linebacker also holds offers from Florida State, Kentucky, Auburn, Tennessee, Mississippi State and UCF. Alabama, Clemson and Florida are also showing interest in the rising 2025 prospect.

Faulk has had a busy spring, taking unofficial visits to Auburn, Tallahassee, Gainesville and Tuscaloosa. He also took a trip to Clemson back in January.

His brother, On3 Consensus 4-star EDGE prospect Keldric Faulk, was also in town over the weekend.

The Yellowhammer State prospect certainly has plenty of time to sift through his options and decide on where he wants to play at the next level, but Ole Miss certainly made an impression over the weekend.

Florida State and Ole Miss are currently tied for the lead in his On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM) at 20.2%. Alabama and Florida are tied for second at 18.3%.

RPM was released to the public in December 2021. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

It factors in machine learning, expert predictions, social sentiment, visits, and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

The younger Faulk already boasts an On3 NIL Valuation of $11.4k. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
