D-II Player of the Year Emilee Boyer transfers to Ole Miss Softball

West Texas A&M pitcher and the D-II Player of the Year, Emilee Boyer, has committed to Ole Miss Softball, she announced on Instagram.

Ole Miss’ newest addition slugged a Division II leading 22 home runs while knocking in 90 runs and hitting .470.

As a right-handed pitcher, she went 28-4 on the mound with 236 strikeouts while leading West Texas A&M to a 56-8 record.

In all, she won 15 awards for her 2025 campaign, including First Team All-American on multiple outlets. She’ll play her final year of eligibility out at Ole Miss.

Over her three years at West Texas A&M, she pitched in 101 games with a record of 69-10. She started 86 of those games on the mount. Boyer’s started 180 games in the lineup, hitting a career .363 with the .470 coming this past season.
