The 11th game of the regular season is here for No. 7 Ole Miss and while there are the usual bumps and bruises a team should expect come mid-November the roster is in a really good spot, health-wise.

Wednesday’s first player availability ahead of this weekend’s game between the Rebels (9-1, 5-1 Southeastern Conference) and Florida (3-6, 2-4) report reflected as much.

Antonio Kite, Jamarious Brown and Jeffery Rush were listed as ‘Questionable’ while linebacker Raymond Collins is listed as ‘Out’ in Wednesday’s report.

Kite has been dealing with a hamstring injury he suffered in the second half at Oklahoma last month. He stayed out of the South Carolina game as well as last week’s against The Citadel. The Ole Miss Spirit‘s Chuck Rounsaville offered an update on Kite on Tuesday.

Rush, Brown and Collins injuries are unknown at this time.

With the second and final bye week coming up after the Florida game it will help the Ole Miss roster get rested up the 13 days between Saturday and the November 28 game at Mississippi State to close out the regular season.

As for the Gators report it is not so cut and dry. There are x players listed on it and the reasons range from season-ending injuries to potential ‘opt-out’ situations, according to the Florida beat. The two big losses are wide receivers Eugene Wilson III and Dallas Wilson.

Wilson III had ankle surgery on Wednesday after suffering an injury in the loss to Georgia and did not play at Kentucky. He is the Gators third best receiver this year with 27 catches for 239 yards and three touchdowns in eight games, starting in four of them.

For Dallas Wilson it is a foot injury, also suffered in the loss to No. 5 Georgia, that has him expecting to miss the rest of the season according to reports earlier this month. He has 12 catches for 174 yards and three touchdowns in four games played and started this year.

Ole Miss is currently a 14.5-point favorite over Florida on BetMGM. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. CT and the game will air on ESPN.
