Miami Southridge (Fla.) offensive lineman Ryan Miret has committed to Ole Miss, he announced on Monday after his official visit to Oxford. The official visit slammed the door shut on programs like Nebraska, Georgia Tech and others.

“Overall, I was extremely impressed with Ole Miss’s official visit,” Miret told On3 on Sunday. “What stood out to me was how superior their offensive staff was as far as their resumes and NFL experience.”

Head coach Lane Kiffin and offensive line coach John Garrison along with analysts Chris James and James Cregg stood out.

“Coach Kiffin was exited to have me on campus and would love for me to be part of the team,” Miret said. “Not only did I grow my relationship with coach Garrison, but I also got to further my relationship with the assistant o-line coaches as well. It was also great to spend time with Coach (Kevin) Smith.”

Garrison sees Miret — who also wrestles at a high level — as a perfect center prospect.

“Coach Garrison has a great plan for me to potentially start at center in the next two years as they do not have a true center right now,” Miret said. “I feel great to have the opportunity to potentially compete for a starting job on my second year.”

On3 ranks Miret as the No. 44 overall interior offensive linemen in the country and 81st-ranked prospect in Florida. Ole Miss is looking for its first offensive line commit for the 2026 recruiting class.
