The regular season is over and that means the postseason accolades will start rolling in. For Ole Miss it has been a good week when it comes to the All-SEC honors.

On Wednesday three Rebels were named to the Associated Press’ All-SEC Team. Running back Kewan Lacy was named first team running back along with Missouri’s Ahmad Hardy while William Echoles was first team defensive tackle with Georgia’s Christen Miller.

Wydett Williams, Jr. earned second team safety along with Texas’ Michael Taaffe.

Throughout the regular season Lacy and Hardy paced the SEC as the league’s top two rushers. Hardy won the rushing title with 1,560 yards to Lacy’s 1,279 but the Rebels running back led the league with 20 touchdowns and finished second, nationally, behind North Texas running back Caleb Hawkins (23).

Echoles finished fifth on the team in tackles with 51 and was second behind Pricewill Umanmielen in sacks with 4.5. He also finished behind Umanmielen in tackles for loss with eight.

On Tuesday seven Rebels were named to the Coaches All-SEC Teams.

Quarterback Trinidad Chambliss earned second-team honors, tying with Alabama’s Ty Simpson. Chambliss was also named SEC Newcomer of the Year by SEC coaches on Wednesday. Hardy earned it from the AP.

This honors joins the awards Chambliss has already picked up after his first season of Division I football. Last week he was named the 2025 Conerly Trophy winner, naming him the top collegiate football player in Mississippi. In his first season with Ole Miss he threw for over 3,000 yards and 18 touchdowns to three interceptions.

Joining Chambliss on the second team offense is tight end Dae’Quan Wright. Third Team honors were given to Echoles (DL), Umanmielen (LB) and Diego Pounds (OL).
