#notcommitted: Who’s the next transfer addition for Ole Miss football?

In this edition of #notcommitted, Ben Garrett and Zach Berry of the Ole Miss Spirit/On3 (OMSpirit.com) have the latest in Rebel football recruiting, specifically Lane Kiffin and Co.’s transfer-portal pursuits.
Ole Miss, so far, has the nation’s No. 3 overall class, according to On3. However, the Rebels are far from done. They’re currently focused on offensive linemen, but how active are they in the recruitment of a possible Quinshon Judkins replacement?
Judkins entered the portal last week and visited Ohio State over the weekend. The Rebels are poised to return Ulysses Bentley, IV, and Kedrick Reescano, among others. Judkins is the single-season school record-holder for rushing yards.
“Right now, it’s essentially a waiting game for when (North Carolina offensive lineman) Diego Pounds is going to make (his commitment to the Rebels) public,” Berry said. “I’d heard Friday morning Diego Pounds was committed to Ole Miss, now it’s just a matter of when he’ll make it public.

“Outside of that, what’s the schedule look like for Zalance Heard, the LSU offensive lineman and former five-star prospect? Visits to Oklahoma and Tennessee over the weekend. The anticipation is he’s going to take at least one more, and I think we all know where that one is.
“I was told if and when Zalance Heard visits, it will be close to signing on the dotted line, so to speak. Ole Miss obviously covets him as a prospect. Pete Golding was his primary recruiter when he was at Alabama. If and when Zalance Heard visits, I expect Ole Miss to be in the driver’s seat.”
