High Point transfer guard Kezza Giffa has committed to Ole Miss, the Ole Miss Spirit has learned. The highly-touted guard decommitted from USC earlier this month.

Chris Beard and the Rebels hosted him this week for a visit and the Rebels stood out to the coveted transfer.

The 6-foot-2 senior and two-time All-Big South first team selection averaged 14.6 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game this season for the Panthers. He shot 44.0% from the field and 31.3% from three.

The 2024-25 season was his second year at High Point. In his first year with the program, Giffa put up slightly better numbers, averaging 16.2 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 2.9 assists. He also shot better from three, at a 34% rate.

Kezza Giffa, a native of Paris, began his college career at UTEP in 2021-22, but received little playing time, averaging just 0.6 points per game. He did not play during the 2022-23 season.

Giffa has had his pick of schools in the NCAA Transfer Portal. Others he’s heard from was Florida, Memphis, Oklahoma State and Virginia Tech. He started his career at UTEP and has one year of eligibility remaining after two seasons at High Point.

Ole Miss returns three players (Malik Dia, Eduardo Klafke and Zach Day) from last season’s 24-win and Sweet 16 team. They’ve signed six transfers, two more Top 100 high-school prospects and a former EuroBasket MVP in Illias Karmadine.

Karmadine and Giffa make it two natives of France on the roster now for next season. It appears the roster for Ole Miss is now complete for the 2025-26 season.
