On3 hired Phillip Dukes earlier this month. He previously worked for AuburnUndercover of the 247Sports network. At On3, he will host a video show focused on highlighting top high school football recruits, intel surrounding their recruitments, as well as tracking the ever-busy NCAA transfer portal, which will be featured on the On3 Recruits YouTube channel.
