Ole Miss Football has received kickoff times and television designations for its first three contests of 2025, as well as a TV assignment for the Egg Bowl, the SEC announced Thursday.

Ole Miss will open the season at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium on Aug. 30 with matchup against Georgia State. The first-ever meeting between the two programs is set for 6:45 p.m. CT on SEC Network.

The Rebels hit the road to open SEC play the following week, traveling to Kentucky for the first time since 2020. Kickoff on Sept. 6 is 2:30 p.m. CT on ABC.

Ole Miss returns home the following week for another conference matchup, welcoming Arkansas on Sept. 13. The two programs will face off at either 6 p.m. or 6:45 p.m. CT. It will air on either ESPN or SEC Network.

The 2025 Battle for the Golden Egg at Mississippi State has already been set for 11 a.m. CT on Fri., Nov. 28. It was announced Thursday that it will air on either ABC or ESPN. This year will mark the 122nd all-time meeting between the Rebels and Bulldogs, as well as the 98th Battle for the Golden Egg. Ole Miss has won two straight Egg Bowls, including last season’s 26-14 win in Oxford. Lane Kiffin’s team has won four of the last five rivalry matchups. The Rebels lead the series, 66-47-6.

While this week at SEC Spring Meetings in Destin was centered around the College Football Playoff future, NIL, Transfer Portal windows and more, getting a few gametimes for Ole Miss was a nice reprieve from that discussion.

Football is under 100 days away.
