Four-star Jackson (Ala.) quarterback Landon Duckworth earned an invitation to the Elite 11 Finals in Los Angeles later this summer. The 2026 signal caller is one of the top quarterback targets for Ole Miss.

The event will run from June 17-19, which is right before his Ole Miss official visit. It was announced on Monday that the 6-foot-3, 190-pounder is the 10th QB to pick up an invite. Duckworth showcased his skills at the Elite 11 Atlanta regional earlier this spring.

Duckworth threw for 3,109 passing yards and 34 touchdowns as well as 631 yards and 12 TDs on the ground as a junior this fall. Ole Miss is currently trending for Duckworth in the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine.

He currently ranks as the No. 61 overall prospect and No. 6 QB in the 2026 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Duckworth got a visit from the Ole Miss staff for his spring game last week. Offensive coordinator Charlie Weis, Jr. and director of recruiting strategy Kelvin Bolden were over to watch Duckworth in action.

Duckworth will officially visit Oxford June 20 and hit Auburn, South Carolina and Florida State before that. He is rated the No. 6 quarterback in the country by On3 and the No. 4 prospect in Alabama.

There are few higher honors for prep quarterbacks than being invited to the event, which will celebrate its 26th year in 2025. It bring together 20 of the country’s best quarterbacks for three days, ultimately ending with an MVP and 10 other ‘finalists’ being named.

Ole Miss is hoping to add Duckworth to the class, which would pair him with 2026 Austin (Tex.) Westlake quarterback Rees Wise. Wise committed earlier this year and will also be on campus June 20 for an official visit.
