Ole Miss to be without Mikeal Brown-Jones for Arkansas and first SEC road test

The first road test of the Southeastern Conference schedule is on Wednesday at Arkansas and No. 23 Ole Miss will be at full strength.
With the start of conference play also comes the student-athlete availability reports. The Rebels released their first one for their game against the Razorbacks with one player listed.
Mikeal Brown-Jones is listed as ‘OUT’ for Wednesday’s game in Fayetteville. This comes after Brown-Jones suffered an injury in the game against Georgia last Saturday. He played four minutes before the injury and did not return.
On the season Brown-Jones is averaging 6.1 points and 2.2 rebounds per game. He also has five assists and nine blocks on the year. Ole Miss head coach Chris Beard will miss the 6-foot-8, 225-pound frame of Jones in the post.
