No. 7 Ole Miss returns home for the final four games of the regular season where it will not leave the state of Mississippi.

After splitting the road trips to Georgia and Oklahoma the Rebels start its final homestand of the regular season on Saturday, hosting South Carolina.

With the win over the Sooners it sets up a favorable November run for the Rebels where they will be favored in their remaining games. The path is very clear for the College Football Playoffs and the task now is to avoid any potholes along the way.

The Gamecocks entered the season as a considered contender for the Southeastern Conference title and the CFP. After getting to No. 10 in the Associated Press Top 25 in the second week of the season a loss to Vanderbilt knocked South Carolina out and the season has gone south from there.

For Ole Miss this is one of a few games it has to be careful of left on the schedule. The November 15 game against Florida (3-4, 2-2 SEC) and the Egg Bowl at Mississippi State (4-4, 0-4) on November 28 are not easy outs.

Saturday starts a potential November to remember for Lane Kiffin and Co.

The Rebels are currently a 12.5-point favorite over South Carolina on BetMGM.
