On300 DB Trae Collins commits to Ole Miss
2027 Hazlehurst (Miss.) defensive back Trae Collins, an On300 prospect, has committed to Ole Miss, he announced on Sunday. Collins held offers from Southern Miss, Kentucky, Pitt, Penn State and others.
On3 included him in the first On300 of the 2027 class, ranking him as the No. 216 overall prospect in the country, No. 19 safety in America and the No. 8 prospect in Mississippi.
He joins Callaway (Miss.) offensive lineman Li’Marcus Jones in the 2027 class. Jones is also an On300 prospect, coming in as the No. 278 overall prospect, No. 26 offensive tackle and the No. 9 prospect in Mississippi.
Collins also plays basketball and baseball for Hazlehurst.
