In the midst of an offseason roster overhaul, the Oregon men's basketball program saw another significant departure this week. After an underwhelming 2022-23 season that resulted in a 21-15 record and a second consecutive season missing out on the NCAA tournament, head coach Dana Altman has vowed that changes are coming for the Ducks. Since Altman delivered that scathing post-game critique of his program, the Ducks have seen four players hit the transfer portal. The latest addition to that list is starting guard Rivaldo Soares, who announced on April 10 that he plans to transfer.
