Handful of Penn State commits make big moves upward in Rivals Industry Rankings

On3 and Rivals officially merged their 2026 rankings on Monday, which means there’s plenty to discuss when it comes to Penn State’s 2026 class and where a few recruits now sit in the Industry Rankings.
Out of the 26 players currently committed to the Nittany Lions, 14 of them made positive moves in the updated Industry Rankings, which are split evenly between Rivals, 247Sports and ESPN. Penn State head coach James Franklin and his staff are still credited with the 16th-ranked class in the country, but the overall score did rise from an 89.698 to an 89.962. The Nittany Lions are credited with 11 four-star prospects and 13 three-star prospects.
There aren’t too many drastic changes at the top, as Harrisburg prospects Kevin Brown and Messiah Mickens remain the top two ranked players in the class. However, wide receiver Davion Brown climbed from the fifth-ranked player in the class to the third-ranked player. He climbed nearly 50 spots to No. 185 nationally.
Further down is where you’ll find some of the biggest movers, especially among Penn State’s offensive line group, as offensive tackles Marlen Bright and Jack Fuchs both made major gains. Bright climbed more than 250 spots to No. 403 nationally, which puts him just three spots outside of a four-star rating in the Industry Rankings. Fuchs’ jump was even larger, climbing 327 spots to No. 419.
Penn State also had two big movers on the defensive side of the ball. Cornerback Amauri Polydor made the biggest jump of any commit, climbing 422 spots to No. 474 nationally. Defensive tackle Isaac Chukwurah also climbed just shy of 200 spots to No. 501.
Below, fans can find both the previous and updated Industry Rankings for each of Penn State’s committed players in the 2026 class.
