STATE COLLEGE — It is game day again, Penn State fans! The No. 2 Nittany Lions welcome Villanova to Beaver Stadium today to close out the non-conference portion of their schedule. The sides last met back in 2021.

“These games are great,” Villanova coach Mark Ferrante said this week. “Our guys are excited about it. You know, we have guys on our team that, you know, were probably hoping to get recruited by those types of schools. And the fact that we get to play against them, I know they get excited about that as well.”
