Late-rising OL Onoh sets Penn State official visit

Penn State offered Dundalk (Md.) offensive tackle Chimdy Onoh just before the Early Signing Period closed last week. The fast-rising offensive lineman backed off of his commitment to Old Dominion earlier this month and he figures to be a hot prospect in the new year after not signing on Wednesday.
