BWI Photos: Penn State football preseason media day practice
Blue White Illustrated was out in full force for Penn State’s fifth practice of the preseason on Saturday afternoon. The Nittany Lions continue to work toward a Sept. 1 opener at Purdue.
And, with a handful of practices in the books, Penn State head coach James Franklin is pleased with what the Nittany Lions have shown thus far.

“I think we have more depth than we’ve had the last two years for a number of different reasons,” Franklin said Saturday. “But overall I’m pleased, obviously, the positions that you guys have written about already that we have some depth or some question marks, that we’re working hard, obviously, to build that depth at those positions as well. So, overall, really good.”
