Penn State, Franklin, sizing up the problem at defensive tackle

If there's one constant source of frustration for Penn State fans with teams under head coach James Franklin, it's been size. Especially at defensive tackle, his teams fly in the face of Big Ten traditions. It's also something that keeps coming up lately. During his spring football press conference, Franklin mentioned again that he'd like his defensive tackles to be "a bit bigger."  After all, this time, is Franklin changing his tune?
