Penn State head coach James Franklin and his team are 1-0 and head into the second of a three-game non-conference schedule this week. The team hosts FIU this Saturday at noon. Franklin officially opened week two of the 2025 season with his Monday press confernece at noon. As usual, Franklin began his press conference with a recap of his notes from the previous game. He outlined where he thought Penn State played well against Nevada and where he thinks the team can improve. From there, he began his preview of FIU, including the team’s standout players.

Afterwards, Franklin fielded questions from the media, which primarily focused on his team’s performance last Saturday.
