Takeaways from the Penn State and Rutgers injury reports

Chaz Coleman, the standout Penn State freshman defensive end, will officially be back in action after missing three games with an undisclosed injury. He was labeled as a game-time decision for today’s matchup, and the decision is good news for the Lions. Backup quarterbacks Jaxon Smolik and Bekkem Kritza are both up, which makes receiver Liam Clifford today’s backup. It’s also worth noting that redshirt freshman running backs Quinton Martin and Corey Smith are good to go this week after missing last week.

Last but not least, backup defensive tackle Owen Wafle will be back in action today, as well.
