The Penn State offense bounced between efficient and incapable last season. There were games where the team strung together drives, played methodically and scored points. Then, there were games where they stalled out. Regardless of what new offensive coordinator Andy Kotelnicki brings to the table, there are areas where each offensive position group can improve. Having a complete skill set at each position group will give Kotelnicki more options as a play-caller. Here's one specific skill each group can improve. Today, we'll start with the team's tight ends.
