Who are the Penn State winter workout No. 4 competitors of the day?

Penn State has put its final winter workout before spring break in the books. After hosting reporters for a squat test day on Thursday, the Nittany Lions trekked to Holuba Hall on Friday morning for an hour of on-field competition and conditioning.
The headline of the day is that veteran cornerback Elliot Washington II earned his fourth competitor of the day honor from position coach Terry Smith. He is not the only repeat winner. But, he is the only four-time pick among his peers.
“Elliott Washington, he’s always been a high horsepower guy for us, but I think he’s also a guy who understands the role that he needs to be in for us this year, and I’ve seen a difference in him,” Penn State strength coach Chuck Losey said Thursday.
Penn State offensive lineman Vega Ioane and quarterback Drew Allar also took home honors Friday. Both were pointed out as players who have showcased consistency this winter.
“Vega [Ioane], one of the most respected guys on the team right now, through his work ethic, through his leadership, and again, through his consistency,” Losey said. “I think the whole quarterback room has shown consistency. Drew [Allar], [Ethen] Grunk[emeyer], [Jaxon] Smolik, Jack [Lambert], I think that whole room has been outstanding.”
Here are the coach’s picks from March 7:
Quarterback: Drew Allar

Wide receiver: Kyron Hudson
Tight end: Luke Reynolds
Offensive line: Guard Vega Ioane
