PURDUE PROSPECT: JAMYN SONDRUP SCOUTING REPORT
Sondrup is a big-bodied inside-outside combo post player who can score on the low block with strong post moves or step outside and make threes pretty efficiently. More of a below-the-rim sort of post player, similar to Boilermaker bigs Trey Kaufman-Renn, Trevion Williams and Caleb Swanigan, though quite different from all those players, Sondrup is crafty in the post, with good feet and really strong hands.
Most notably, he is an excellent, excellent passer well-suited to run offense through, whether it be in the post, in screening actions or in dribble hand-offs, all elements where his ability to step out and make a three can stretch out a defense.
An intangible that stands out: Sondrup is really vocal.
As he ascends to the college level, conditioning, quickness and strength development will represent the lion’s share of his developmental up-side.JUNIOR COUNTY SCOUTING REPORT

County is all of 6-foot-5 and really advanced physically, which amplifies his versatility at both ends of the floor, He’ll be bigger than almost any point guard he’d line up against and just as big or bigger than any wing or 2-guard.
He uses his body very well both as a space-creator on offense and as a defender and rebounder, more than capable of being a primary ball-handler, but also ideal for a secondary ball-handler if paired with the right personnel. He can really make plays leading transition and be effective getting into the lane in screening actions. He is effective at the rim, a solid pull-up shooter and his form suggests he might be a more efficient three-point shooter on reduced volume at the college level.
