Purdue and Tennessee will meet again starting next season

One of college basketball’s most serendipitous rivalries will renew next season, as Purdue and Tennessee have agreed to a two game home-and-home series that will begin with a meeting in Mackey Arena next season.
The Boilermakers will then visit Knoxville Dec. 11, 2007.
The home game next season is the second known marquee game on Purdue’s 2026 non-conference schedule, joining the trip to Iowa State. There will also be an MTE event to be determined, and an Indy Classic game yet to be determined.
