Purdue in the Pros: Week 13
While Purdue looks to bounce back in West Lafayette, several former Boilermakers will look to make an impact on Sundays this fall. Some play prominent roles, while others struggled their way through training camp. Today, GoldandBlack.com looks at how former Purdue players fared in Week 13 of the NFL Season.

DERRICK BARNES – DETROIT LIONS
Barnes played 45 of 62 defensive snaps in Detroit’s Turkey Day loss to Green Bay. He recorded a pair of tackles and three quarterback hurries, earning the second-best Pro Football Focus grade on the Lions’ defense. It’s another Thursday home game for Detroit this week as it hosts Dallas on Thursday night.
PAYNE DURHAM – TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS
The third-year tight end lined up for 26 snaps in Tampa Bay’s 61 snaps 34-7 in a 20-17 win over Arizona. He caught his first pass of the season, good for a gain of 11 yards. Tampa Bay will continue its playoff push as a heavy favorite against New Orleans at 1 p.m. EST on Sunday.
JALEN GRAHAM – SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS
Activated from the practice squad, Graham played two snaps at linebacker and 14 on special teams in San Francisco’s 26-8 win over Cleveland. Graham recorded a tackle, as well. The 49ers will spend Week 13 on their bye.
CHARLIE JONES – CINCINNATI BENGALS
Jones played three snaps at wide receiver and returned a punt for nine yards in the Bengals’ 32-14 Thanksgiving night win over the Ravens. Cincinnati will head to Buffalo for a 1 p.m. EST kickoff this weekend.
GEORGE KARLAFTIS – KANSAS CITY CHIEFS
Karlaftis played 55 of the 72 defensive snaps for Kansas City in its 31-28 Thanksgiving Day loss to Dallas. He recorded a tackle and generated three pressures. The Chiefs need wins in order to the return to the playoffs, and they’ll host Houston on Monday Night Football.
MARCUS MBOW – NEW YORK GIANTS
The rookie lined up for one snap on offense and one on special teams in the Giants’ 33-15 loss to the Patriots on Monday night. The G-Men will spend Week 13 on their bye.

RAHEEM MOSTERT – LAS VEGAS RAIDERS
Mostert played two snaps on offense, recording a six-yard carry, and returned a kickoff for 29 yards in a 31-14 Raiders loss to the Chargers. Las Vegas, now 2-10, hosts Denver on Sunday at 4:05 p.m. EST.
AIDAN O’CONNELL – LAS VEGAS RAIDERS
For the second straight week, O’Connell was inactive and served as the emergency quarterback for Las Vegas in its 31-14 loss to Los Angeles. He’s been off injured reserve for two games. The Raiders will host Denver at 4:05 p.m. EST on Sunday.
TYRONE TRACY JR. – NEW YORK GIANTS
Tracy played 27 of New York’s 52 offensive snaps in Monday night’s 33-15 loss to New England on Monday. He ran 10 times for 36 yards and caught a pass for the Giants. He’ll rest up in Week 13 as New York enjoys its bye.
