ANN ARBOR, Mich. — If Purdue is gonna shock Michigan and end a six-game losing streak, it will have to do so without Devin Mockobee who is listed as “out” with an ankle injury for today’s game that’s set to kickoff at 7 p.m. ET on BTN.

Mockobee leads Purdue (2-6 overall; 0-5 Big Ten) with 521 yards rushing (4.2 ypc, 4 TDs), which ranks 12th in the Big Ten. He also is third on the team in catches with 18, going for 215 yards with a TD. The fifth-year senior is 13 yards away from 3,000 rushing yards.

With Mockobee out, Purdue will turn to Antonio Harris (152 yards rushing) and Malachi Thomas (138) to battle a Michigan defense that’s fourth in the Big Ten vs. the run (95.5 ypg). Thomas is coming off a season-best effort last week, when he ran for 62 yards on three carries. His 57-yard run is Purdue’s longest play of the season. Harris’ best effort was vs. Illinois, when he ran for 69 yards.
