When you talk about the top 2027 players in the state of South Carolina, David Segarra III will be one of the first names mentioned. The No. 1 running back in the state and a top-300 national prospect in the Rivals rankings, Segarra is the latest standout coming out of Burns High School in Duncan, S.C. the same program that produced former Gamecock great Marcus Lattimore.
