South Carolina returns to action on Saturday with a road trip to Kyle Field to take on No. 3 Texas A&M. Kickoff will be at noon on ESPN.

With 90 minutes until kickoff, the final SEC availability report is in. The Gamecocks (3-6, 1-6 SEC) will be down three players this weekend. Offensive linemen Cason Henry and Jatavius Shivers have been listed as out on the report since the initial one came out on Wednesday.

Redshirt freshman Jalewis Solomon, who’s made two tackles in four games this season, has been downgraded from doubtful to out.

However, on a more positive note, starting left tackle Josiah Thompson will be good to go after initially appearing questionable on Thursday’s report.

Texas A&M is set to be down a few players for Saturday, including linebacker Scooby Williams, safety Bryce Anderson, running back Le’Veon Moss, and safety Rashad Johnson Jr.

Mario Craver, the Aggies’ leading receiver, who’s been listed as questionable all week, is now a game-time decision. The Mississippi State transfer has caught 46 passes for 775 yards and four touchdowns.

Last season, the SEC approved a player availability injury report system for football, men’s and women’s basketball and baseball.

SEC school personnel must submit availability reports three days prior to each football game, with daily updates culminating in a final report 90 minutes before game time. For basketball and baseball, reports are filed the night before, with an update on game day.

When schools submit injury reports, players will be designated as available, probable, doubtful, and questionable before game day. On game day, designations will be available, game-time decision or out. The model follows injury reports similar to the NFL.
