Roland is a strong, explosive middle infielder with the versatility to play one of the corner spots. She has big RBI potential in her swing with the ability to drive the ball to both sides of the field.
She is the fourth pledge to South Carolina’s 2027 class.
Last week, it added Myrtle Beach (S.C.) Carolina Forest four-star pitcher Kaysen Warehime, Atlanta (Ga.) Riverwood four-star pitcher May Weis, and Fox Lake (Wi.) Beaver Dam three-star corner infielder Kendall Fakes to the class following weekend visits to the school.
Roland was a part of that same group of visitors.
