Latest buzz, decision dates for South Carolina targets that visited this summer

If June was considered "visit season" then July could be considered "commit season" for South Carolina football targets and prospects around the country under the modern recruiting calendar. While some of the Gamecocks priority targets have already made decisions, several others have specific dates set or have said decisions are coming "soon."
