Shane Beamer: No injury update on LaNorris Sellers following Vanderbilt loss

South Carolina starting quarterback LaNorris Sellers missed the entire second half of Saturday’s game against Vanderbilt with an injury.
After the Gamecocks’ 31-7 loss to Vanderbilt, head coach Shane Beamer didn’t have any update on Sellers or starting right tackle Cason Henry, who also went down with an injury.
Late in the second quarter, Sellers took a big hit from Vanderbilt linebacker Langston Patterson, which would later be called for targeting and result in Patterson being disqualified.
Sellers, who was lying on the ground for a few moments, eventually got back up to his feet but walked off to the sideline with the training staff, where he remained for the rest of the first half. In the final seconds before the break, Sellers proceeded to walk to the locker room.
