South Carolina basketball reveals entire 2025-2026 schedule

Just days after ESPN and the SEC revealed the details behind South Carolina basketball’s entire conference schedule, the Gamecocks announced the completed 2025-2026 slate. USC’s 31 regular-season opponents, game dates, tip times, and television information are now completely known.

South Carolina will play an exhibition against NC State (Sunday, October 26th; 4:30 p.m.) and will participate in a “secret scrimmage” against Georgia Tech before that.

Then, the regular season will begin the first full week of November. Non-conference games will run from November 4th through December 30th, including the Greenbrier Tip-Off in November and the ACC/SEC Challenge in December. SEC play will run from January 3rd through the first week of March before the SEC Tournament tips off in Nashville.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Tip times and TV network information for all league games was announced for the upcoming men’s basketball season by the Southeastern Conference. South Carolina will open the conference slate at home versus Vanderbilt on Saturday, Jan. 3 at 2 p.m. (ET) on ESPNU.

The Gamecocks will then face LSU on the road at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 6 on ESPNU. Carolina returns home Saturday, Jan. 10 to face Georgia at 2 p.m. on ESPN2. The Gamecocks’ remaining 15 SEC games will be aired on SEC Network starting with a 9 p.m. tip at Arkansas on Wednesday, Jan. 14.

In the non-conference, South Carolina’s home games against Southern Miss on Nov. 9, Virginia Tech on Dec. 2 and Albany on Dec. 30 will be aired on SEC Network. The team’s eight remaining home non-conference games will be broadcast on SEC Network+.

The Gamecocks’ two games at the Skechers Greenbrier Tip-Off on Nov. 21 and Nov. 23 will be broadcast by CBS Sports Network.

The Palmetto Series matchup at Clemson on Tuesday, Dec. 16 will tip at 7 p.m. (ET) on ESPN2.
