Another Gamecock hits the portal
After losing one to the portal Friday, South Carolina reportedly had another go in Saturday.
Forward Ta’Quan Woodley is in the portal, GamecockCentral confirmed. He enters after his freshman season.
The 6-foot-8 big man played in 26 games and averaged two points and three rebounds. He shot 56.1 percent from the field and 46.7 percent from the line.
South Carolina is now losing two big men as of this writing with AJ Wilson’s eligibility expiring this offseason.
The Gamecocks have had two other players enter the portal as of Saturday night. Erik Stevenson was the first followed by Jermaine Couisnard Friday.
