South Carolina quarterback LaNorris Sellers signed to Beats by Dre Beats Elite class NIL deal

Since 2023, Beats by Dre has entered the NIL space in a major way. Each year, the Apple-owned company that shares a name with legendary rapper and producer Dr. Dre has signed college football players to a Beats Elite class. The 2025 class will include a South Carolina football star.
On Tuesday morning, the company announced that Gamecock quarterback LaNorris Sellers would be part of the ’25 Beats Elite class. Sellers is one of nine players in this year’s class. He is also one of five quarterbacks. Though not part of the class, USC wide receiver Nyck Harbor also has an NIL partnership with Beats by Dre.
Sellers joins Ohio State Buckeyes safety Caleb Downs, Florida Gators quarterback DJ Lagway, Texas Longhorns EDGE Colin Simmons, Georgia Bulldogs running back Nate Frazier, Alabama Crimson Tide wide receiver Ryan Williams, Michigan Wolverines quarterback Bryce Underwood, Oklahoma quarterback John Mateer, and Oregon Ducks quarterback Dante Moore.
The University of South Carolina’s official social media profiles released a video featuring Sellers starring in a Beats ad. You can watch the video below.
Sellers’ new deal with Beats by Dre also includes custom South Carolina Gamecocks headphones, as featured in his ad. Shortly after the ad debuted, Sellers gifted the entire Gamecock team with custom South Carolina edition Beats.
