South Carolina releases non-conference basketball schedule

South Carolina opens Nov. 2 with an exhibition agaisnt Mars Hill before back-to-back home games to start the year.
The Gamecocks open Nov. 7 against SC State and will jump immediately into the Clemson game, which is much earlier than in year’s past.
After that, South Carolina plays in the Charleston Classic. They’ll open with Colorado State on Nov. 17 with games scheduled for Nov. 18 and 20 as well. There is also a home game Nov. 25 against USC Upstate before consecutive home games.

The Gamecocks go up to the DMV area for games at George Washington Nov. 30 and Georgetown Dec. 3. They have a home game Dec. 11 against Presbyterian before a road game Dec. 14 against UAB and neutral site game against ECU in Greenville, South Carolina.
The non-conference slate ends with two straight home games Dec. 22 against Western Kentucky and Dec. 30 against Eastern Michigan.
