South Carolina releases preseason camp information
40 days from now, South Carolina will take the field for the first time in the 2025 season.
Before then, the Gamecocks will begin fall camp next week as players will report on Thursday, July 31.
On Tuesday, South Carolina released information about the first few days of preseason camp. The remainder of the preseason camp schedule will be made available at a later date.
On the same day that the team reports for camp, there will be a team-wide media day event at the Spurrier Indoor Practice Facility. Here’s a look at more provided information below.

Thursday, July 31 – Players Report
- Head Coach Shane Beamer Press Conference, 3-3:30 pm
- Assistant Coach Availability, 3:30-4 pm
- Offensive Player Availability, 4-4:30 pm
- Defensive Player Availability, 4:30-5 pm
Friday, August 1
- Practice No. 1, 9:33 am – Open to media for periods 1-3
Saturday, August 2
- Practice No. 2, 9:23 am – Open to media for periods 1-3
