South Carolina will not have Nyck Harbor at its disposal when it takes on Coastal Carolina on Saturday. The junior wide receiver is with the team but not dressed out, as he has been spotted wearing his jersey over a sweatshirt and sweatpants during pregame warmups.

Harbor suffered an injury late in last week’s 31-30 loss to Texas A&M, which put him in a College Station hospital overnight before returning to Columbia the following day.

The injury occurred on an 18-yard catch on 4th and 6 to keep the Gamecocks alive in a one-point game against the Aggies. However, after making the grab, Harbor was lying on his side and not moving as the training staff came to him.

Eventually, Harbor walked back to the South Carolina sideline with the trainers and went into the medical tent. Right before the game ended, he walked back to the locker room with a trainer.

Harbor has been the Gamecocks’ leading receiver this year with 24 catches for 503 yards and five touchdowns.

South Carolina (3-7) faces Coastal Carolina at Williams-Brice Stadium at 4:15 p.m. on SEC Network.
