But the short version is that Goodman has predicted Fulwiley to land with Kim Mulkey and the Tigers with a 70 percent confidence in her pick in On3’s RPM system, the latest development in a rumor that has persisted this week.
Fulwiley, a Columbia native who played her prep ball at Keenan High School, spent two years at Carolina. She was a Freshman All-SEC contributor last season before earning All-SEC honors and the SEC’s Sixth Woman of the Year award as a sophomore.
During her Gamecock career, Fulwiley averaged 11.7 points, 2.9 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.6 steals, and 0.8 blocks per game. She won the SEC Tournament MVP as a freshman and helped South Carolina to an undefeated, national championship-winning season. As a sophomore, her production was similar for her hometown program.

The 5-foot-10 Fulwiley is one of the top overall players in the portal, and arguably the top available player as of this writing.
The Gamecocks and Dawn Staley have done their own work in the portal, adding guard Ta’Niya Latson, the top scorer in the country last season, from FSU and double-double machine Madina Okot from Mississippi State to the 2025-26 roster.
