Staff picks: championship weekend games, predicting College Football Playoff rankings

South Carolina might not be playing this weekend, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a busy time in college football right now. After all, it’s championship weekend.
Starting on Friday, conference championship games will be played. It’s win or go home for many teams. Some must win to determine their College Football Playoff fates, others can’t afford to lose. It’s going to be madness these next 48 hours.
