A full slate of conference games headline the SEC going into week 11 in the Ball with The Beast podcast presented by Wyatt Insurance. Tennessee is back on the road for the final time in the regular season against Missouri.

The matchup between Ole Miss and Georgia could help the Bulldogs clinch another eastern division under Kirby Smart.

“They are not as good as they have been but they are still good enough,” Paul Fortenberry said. “They are good enough on defense and they have figured out who they are with Carson Beck. You go as he goes because the running game hasn’t been there. It will be interesting to see if Ole Miss can keep up with Georgia’s defense. I think Georgia will be able to score.”

Florida needs one more win to get bowl eligible with three tough games ahead. The matchup with LSU is always a tough one and the Tigers will have the best player on the field in Jayden Daniels.

“Billy Napier until conference realignment finishes, you are judged by four games,” Brent Hubbs said. “You got the Georgia, Tennessee, LSU and Florida State games. Right now you have one in his career and that’s Tennessee. I think this is a tough matchup for the Gators.”

The Beast pick:

This game is a big one for both teams. Missouri has been dismantled by the Vols the last couple of years and Tennessee needs this one to have an excellent shot of getting to nine and maybe ten wins.

“Give me the Vols,” Fortenberry said. “I wrestled with this. This is the best team Drinkwitz has had but the way the running game and Tennessee has been able to dominate them gives them the deciding edge.”
